Family Friendly and Affordable Florida Beach Vacation ~ Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Hotel!

In June my family and I took a fabulous Florida beach vacation at the newly renovated Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront Hotel of the Palm Beaches.  This was our second stay at this Hilton for the 2nd year in a row and we plan to go back next year as well.  Why do we love and continue to go back to this awesome Hilton?  Several reasons…

From the moment you drive up you will be greeted by friendly and helpful staff.  Once you check in, head to your room and throw your suit on because you’ll want to spend every moment at the large swimming pool (with kiddie pool and jacuzzi) or on the beautiful beach.

They also have indoor and outdoor beachfront dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner and anything in between so you’ll never need to leave.  The breakfast buffet is an absolute must with everything you can think of including plenty of healthy breakfast options for the adults and kiddos.  We enjoyed it with ocean views and then strolled on over to the pool when we were finished.  We were in heaven!

Here is the gorgeous non-eroded, shell laden beach and one of the largest loggerhead and leatherback turtle nesting grounds in the U.S.!

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center for sea turtle rescue, research and education is only miles away!

The Hilton Singer Island recently partnered with the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. The hotel obeys all sea turtle ordinances to protect the nesting turtles.  We had a great time visiting the marinelife center.  The kids loved seeing and learning about the rescued turtles!  Other nearby fun and kid friendly attractions include the Lion Country Safari and the Palm Beach Zoo.

If you are looking for more to do onsite, don’t worry, there is plenty!  The beach offers jet skiing, snorkeling, kayaking and surfing with snorkel equipment boogie board, paddle board, surfboard, ocean inner tube and kayak rentals available for your convenience.   If you just want to relax and catch some rays, you’ll additionally find chair, umbrella and cabana rentals available to you.  Or you can just spend your days poolside if that is more your thing.

For those who love to exercise, the hotel also offers a large gym with modern equipment or you can enjoy the ocean air with a nice walk, run or bike ride.  You’ll also find sight seeing tours, fishing, golfing, scuba diving, lots of affordable dining options and of course shopping near by.

We were never at a loss for something to do during our visit.  We even celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday entirely on the premises.  We enjoyed the pool, a great indoor family lunch, the beach and even a room service dinner for the kids later that night.

The entire week was a blast!  Waking up to the ocean views was my favorite part.  The daily breakfast buffet, tropical drinks and great service at the Hilton Singer Island was a close second.  The clean, newly renovated room and blogging from our balcony wasn’t bad either.  😉  We’ll definitely be back!
