My favorite summer memory was going to the beach with my family. It was a memorable event because it was not an often occurance. My mother suffered from depression and my father was a truck driver. Being a middle class family, we didn’t have a camera to capture that summer but i certainly wish we had. Thanks for this fantastic giveaway! God Bless!
I remember one summer, we had a doughboy pool…And one of my sisters, decided to try to jump over the side, well needless to say, she collapsed the pool, and the water and kids went everywhere!! LOL 🙂 too funny
My very best summer memory happened when i was 15. I had been in a wheelchair for 8 years because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis & the doctors had to wait until i was done growing to begin doing joint replacements. So at the age of 15 i had hip & knee replacement surgery & after 3 months of intense rehab I learned to walk! Finally i was able to go to the lake with friends & all those other normal things teenagers do & I had the best summer of my life! Actually that summer i met & became good friends with the man i now call my husband of 16 years!!!
