Are you sure Elena? I signed up for like 3 accounts with them to get those credits. I’ve always gotten them. Check your ‘My Account’ section and ‘My Plum Dollars.’ They should be there unless they stopped doing that and I’m just not aware. I’ll try to find out for sure for you but let me know also please. it seems that they now give dollars for friend referrals like most such web sites do, also as soon as i bought first deal they sent me a msg that i get 20% of my next purch within a week.
