I can’t get them to print. Anyone else having issues? It keeps saying that ‘the coupon printing software is starting up.’ It’s been on this page for over 10 minutes.
Hi Brittany, Redplum is using a new coupon printer software that is giving a lot of people problems lately. I use Firefox and it has locked up my browser twice. I was able to restart it and print though. I would suggest trying different browsers or restarting your browser and see if that works.
has this offer expired already? I have tried to print since I got an email about these but can’t. I keep getting this….There was a problem loading the data: Unable to locate requested offer.. I’ve deleted old java files, updated java, and restarted everything.
I’m now getting the ‘cannot locate offer’ error message. I’ve tried different PCs and different browsers as recommended. Guess they are gone now.
